Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Tawasel AI. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your business.
The service
Tawasel AI answers customer messages for your business with an AI assistant on WhatsApp, Instagram and your website, captures leads, books appointments and sends reminders and order updates. You connect your own accounts and remain responsible for complying with Meta's platform policies.
AI replies are generated automatically from your knowledge base and settings. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide and for reviewing conversations the assistant escalates to your team.
Plans, trials and payment
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial, no card required. Paid plans are billed in Tunisian dinars, monthly or annually, in advance, through our payment provider.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI messages and team seats. When the allowance is used up, or when a paid period ends without renewal, the AI pauses and messages wait for your team; your data is kept.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or stop your plan at any time; the change applies from the next period.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tawasel AI to send spam or unsolicited marketing, to impersonate others, or to process data you have no right to process. We may suspend workspaces that put customers, Meta's platforms or our service at risk.
Your data
You own your workspace data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can export leads and orders at any time from the dashboard.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis. Questions: hello@tawasel.ai.
